Returns & Refunds Conditions

Returns Policy:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and 14 days from this notification to return your items to us*. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted. Damaged or already worn items cannot be refunded.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning items remain your responsibility, except in the event of a defect, error in size or color on our part.

*Gift cards are non-refundable. We also inform you that care products, such as Tea Tree Oil cannot be returned if they are opened.

Reimbursement terms and deadlines:

The refund is made no later than fourteen days from the date on which By Les Audacieuses will be notified of the customer's decision to withdraw, subject to the good receipt of the return package at our warehouse.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.

Terms of Trade:

We do not practice standard exchange. We invite you to carry out a return procedure and reorder on our site.
