Indeed, over time, shampoos, care creams, small dead skin and dirt, dull their shine or even turn them green. Your ear compositions lose their shine, so it's time to do a good cleaning of them. Here's how to do it: (be careful here it's about cleaning piercing jewelry that is completely healed)
Hardware :
- A bowl
- Antibacterial soap
- Paper towels or tissues
- A soft toothbrush (exclusive use for cleaning your jewellery)
- A clean place (watch out for sinks where jewelry can quickly fall in)
- Pour a base of antibacterial soap into the bowl and mix using the toothbrush with lukewarm water.
- Remove your piercings gently to avoid losing any part of the jewelry. And place them in the bowl with the soap-water mixture, the s let soak for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, clean your ear and each of your piercing holes with a mild neutral PH soap (perfume-free, alcohol-free) and rinse thoroughly with physiological serum.
- Once your ear is clean, clean each piece of jewelry with the toothbrush, then rinse the jewelry with clear water. Lay them on a paper towel to air dry.
- For a final shine, you can use a small micro-fiber cloth.
You are now ready to put your jewelry back on. For a consistently shiny makeup, you can repeat this routine once a month.
